2-edit as examples in the file (add and edit new users)
3-add a new hook for IT uses as mention(user)---->ex. /mentionmalek in file with discr.
4-create new webhook in zammad setting for each of us.
5-create Triger for mention (subscribe) for each of us as "mention malek" that I have created
6-reboot webhook machine
